- Locking print cylinders with hydraulic lift providing complete rigidity and vibration free running up to maximum speed.
- Hydraulic positioning: When starting up, the hydraulic cylinder pushes the anilox roller close to the plate roller for inking, and the plate roller closes to the central roller for printing, locking, the hydraulic cylinder presses together for positioning printing.

Heating & Drying Unit
- Electric heating is adopted, which is converted into circulating airflow heating through heat exchangers. The temperature control adopts intelligent temperature controller, non-contact solid state relay, two-way control, adapts to different processes and environmental production, saves energy consumption, realizes PID temperature control, and the temperature control accuracy is ±2°C.
